− 1. It was difficult to open the door, i had to ask the owner to help me. 2. The location was noisy, sometimes the apartment was shaken at night. 3. The smell was not good. Funitures look poor.
In Anbetracht der Lage in Bahnhofsnähe, der angenehmen Gemütlichkeit des Wohnzimmers und des durchaus akzeptablen Preise
7.0- bei Anreise Abholung vom Bahnhof als sehr nette Geste - Wohnung nicht zu dunkel und recht gemütlich - Wohnung erscheint in gepflegter Sauberkeit - Küchenausstattung gut und ausreichend - Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ohne Beanstandung - insgesamt durchaus preis- und empfehlenswert
− - Wohnungsschloß etwas schwergängig und leicht vorgeschädigt - 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 2 Personen und 10 Tage sind knapp bemessen, bei Bedarf kann aber nachgefragt werden oder man versorgt sich selbst - der Toilettenspülkasten ist instandsetzungsbedürftig - anfänglich fehlende Vorgaben zur gewünschten Mülltrennung und ein Mülleimer mit lediglich 2 getrennten Bereichen ohne Beschriftung führten zu Dissonanzen - extrem schwankender Wasserdruck hat Unterbrechungen beim Duschen, Arbeiten in der Küche und sonstigem Wasserbedarf zur Folge - erschwerte Gesichtspflege wegen fehlender Beleuchtung am Waschbecken im Badezimmer - keine Steckdose im Bereich des Spiegels im Badezimmer - Ausstattung mit Steckdosen insgesamt etwas dürftig - Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung im Keller kann zu längeren Wartezeiten führen

9.0Direkter Kontakt zu Frau Marx war vorteilhaft, individuelle Anfragen konnten somit gleich geklärt werden. Sehr gut für uns war, dass wir die Abreise in den Nachmittaglegen konnten.
