Localização. Espaço bom.

− Em algum momento deve ter entrado água no apartamento. Ele estava com muito cheiro de mofo. E piso descolando... a limpeza tbm deixou a desejar. Mas o espaço é muito bom. Um pouco mais de cuidado e fica bom. O Anfitrião é atencioso.
