Gro bytování je velká, pohodlná a slunnà terasa s možností stínu. Velikost pokoje je dostačujíci. Vše čisté. Vybavení dostatečné. Uvítali jsme klimatizaci. Dostupnost busu i vlaku (10 min. chůze a v Budějkách za 5 minut).
− Chyběly mi přípravky na omytí nádobí (možná jsem si jen nevšimla - jar, houbička, utěrka). Za špatného počasí by bylo fajn mít alespoň malé posezeni i uvnitř (stolek, židličky). My byli dvě noci a počasí krásné, takže vše se zvládlo dobře.

− Hluk okolních obyvatel , pouze malé ručníky k dispozici, pouze jeden plastový talíř a dve lžičky k dispozici.
