Booking.com nor Host willing to rectify the error caused by a system error. Very unhappy.
7.0− Apparently a "system error" when booking resulted in me paying an extra €110 and taken automatically from my cc without consulting me first. Advice, do not give permission to keep and use cc details on Booking.com website. Complaint still not resolved by either Booking.com nor the host. Very disappointing start to my vacation.
