Refundable deposit not returned
1.0− This property “robin hood management” charged me $100 “refundable fee”. After my stay, the fee was not returned and property would not pick up my call or return my message. After a whole month of me as well as booking agents constantly reaching out and leaving messages, booking gave them 24hr final notice. On this day they returned my message falsely claiming that I had damaged the property and this is why they were not returning my $100. Booking asked me if I had evidence such as photos or videos showing me leaving the property in good condition, but I had not thought to go around collecting such evidence for my one day stay. I’m disappointed in both this property for the scam they are running as well as booking for believing the property's false claims.
