The apartment is very nice but the service provided was very bad, they didn't solve the problems

− we, were there 4 friends, only guys, in 2 bedrooms, on double beds and on the bed there was only one blanket. How the hell can 2 guys sleep with one blanket??? (Even when I sleep with my girlfriend, we use 2 blankets!) When we asked for more blankets, they wanted to charge us 35 eur. This is nonsense. The washing machine was out of order, we couldnt wash our clothes (they offered us that they pay for the bill if we take our clothes to a laundry, but we didn't do it, we had to wash with our hands) We wrote a couple of emails to the provided contact email address, noone responded! Our hostess, who gave us the keys upon arrival was a nice person, but couldnt help us solve these problems - she said she travelled abroad and we have to write an email (as I mentioned above noone responded) Oh and there is a (probably russian) guy downstairs, who came up to us and wanted to beat us, because he said we made some noise at 19:30 (we were cooking and chopped up some meat) Ridiculous!
