8.0Beautiful property, great location and good communication by Orion Holidays. The house was spacious and met our needs in almost every way
− Would have loved to have known there was a Vertuo machine, I would have bought pods! My main bug bear was inadequate parking near to the property, in particular 2 of the drivers have disabilities and were unable to park nearby. They did park in a safe area, ensuring not to be causing an obstruction, close to the property when we returned from an afternoon out on Saturday to unpack the car. We got distracted and forgot until notified by a pleasant estate worker late in the evening. We explained that we had all had a fair few drinks by then and couldn't safely drive, it was agreed that we would move the vehicles the following day when we were safely able to drive. Unfortunately his colleague took it upon himself to ring the doorbell at 7am on Sunday morning, was extremely unpleasant, threatened us and insisted despite the fact we were still over the limit that the vehicles must be moved. He said he knew about the conversation with his colleague and didn't care. It frankly spoiled our tip, after a fabulous time celebrating my 50th with friends into the small hours I was too angry to get back to sleep and the rest of our group were all awake and fed up too. We realise the mistake was ours, we apologised, we did not deserve the smirking, smug, unpleasant attitude of the man at the door at 7am, making threats and being quite aggressive
