8.0Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Kostengünstige Parkausweise für Plätze direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbnindung. Perfekte Lage, wenn man zur Philharmonie möchte.
− Die Jalousien und ein Schrank in der Küche waren sehr beansprucht/ alt, aber noch funktionstüchtig. War also okay.
Goede uitvalsbasis voor verkennen Essen
8.0Locatie vlakbij het centrum, snelle en handige check in (snelle communicatie via berichten Booking), parkeren voor de deur tegen betaalbare prijs (3 euro per dag), het bad en de beamer plus scherm. Keuken heeft veel voorzieningen. Om de hoek een goed ontbijttentje.
− Tweepersoonsbed staat in de woonkamer met beamer. Onhandig voor wie vroeger wil slapen. De aparte slaapkamer is prachtig maar als je met vier volwassenen bent lastig verdelen. De bank op de foto is in het echt kleiner en net te klein voor vier volwassenen.

− Eigenlijk niets. Alles verliep zoals verwacht en zonder verrassingen. Alleen de prijs lag duidelijk hoger dan vorig jaar, en dat viel wel op.

7.0Es war einfach zu finden und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man hat nichts von den Nachbarn gehört und konnte gut für sich sein.
− Die Klingel war falsch beschriftet und es gab nur einen Schlüssel. Für eine Gruppe von 6 Menschen wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel praktisch.
