10.0Великолепное расположение, чистота в номере, ошеломительный вид из окна, очень приятный персонал, который всегда готов пойти навстречу, выслушать предпочтения и прийти на помощь. Когда приезжаю в АоНанг, я всегда выбираю этот объект размещения и в следующие разы буду останавливаться только там!
− Очень слабый кондиционер (Room 411). Установил на 18 (обычно ставлю на 25, чтоб не простыть), и то он не вывозил. Его надо либо почистить, либо отремонтировать. Дует рывками, еле-еле, мощности не хватает, чтобы остудить комнату. Звезды за это снижать не буду, проблема решаема и не критична.

− Bed was very firm, room very small.
