Die geräumige Ferienwohnung. Top Lage

Schade dass der erste gute Eindruck der FeWo durch den schlechten Service zunichte gemacht wurde

Die Lage der FeWo war perfekt und wie beschrieben und hatte eine schöne Größe

− Trotz mehrfacher Korrespondenz mit dem Anbieter war bei Ankunft um 18 Uhr keine Betten bezogen keine Handtücher vorhanden und keine Info für W-Lan vorhanden. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen wurden die Betten dann endlich nach 20 Uhr bezogen und Handtücher gebracht. Kostenloser W-Lan Zugang wurde erst auf mehrmalige Erinnerung nachgereicht und hat in der Unterkunft nicht funktioniert. An der Balkontür waren noch die Spuren des Vorgängerhundes zu sehen. Die Polstermöbel waren verfärbt und abgenutzt. Die Dusche hatte massive Kalkablagerungen an der Tür und die Gummis waren voller schwarzem Schimmel. Der Türstock der Badezimmertür war aufgequollen wegen Nässe und es krochen Tiere raus.

Die FW ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Für das Haustier ist es optimal mit der Terrasse und Grünfläche.

− Am Anreisetag war leider die FW nicht wirklich geputzt. Bei 135€ für die Reinigung hätten wir echt mehr erwartet. Ebenso fehlte die komplette Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Nach mehrfachen Anrufen wurde dann 22.30 Uhr !!! Ein Sammelsurium an Restbettwäsche und je ein Handtuch geliefert. Für ein "erzwungenes" Wäschepaket je Person sehr unprofessionell. Ein Handtuchtausch wurde ebenfalls nicht vollzogen. Der Vermieter hat sich NIE bei uns gemeldet oder sogar für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt.

Die ruhige Lage, die gute Ausstattung. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich.

− Die Matratzen waren uns zu hart. Aber da hat jeder ein anderes Empfinden. Leider hat der Handtuchheizkörper nicht funktioniert und im Wirtschaftsraum ging das Licht nicht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die großzügig geschnitten Räume und die Absolute Ruhe. Der Schlafkomfort war richtig gut. Sehr gute Matratzen und ein Bett was nicht quietscht.

− Wir hatten keine Kaffeekanne für die Kaffeemaschine. Auf Nachfrage kam ein wir kümmern uns darum und das wars. Die Außenbeleuchtung war defekt.
