9.0What I like most about the property is that it's fully equipped and its worth the price. Plus, it's super close to GMall Citygate; just a 5-minute walk and you're already at the grocery store.
− What I didn't like about the property is that the hot shower doesn't get warm enough. I called maintenance, but they never showed up. 500php for cleaning not worth it.

− The bed side lamp was not working, it was not really a big deal for us, but if it was working, it would be a plus.
