The apartment was fitted with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Though we ate out, mostly, there was a well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cookware to make any combination of meals as well as salt, pepper, vinegar, etc. There was tea, coffee and sugar as well as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper which you don't always get in self catering. The public area was well lit and carpeted and we heard nothing from the neighbours. Hangers were provided in the wardrobes as well as bedside lights in both rooms. There was limited parking, outside though we managed to get a space most times. It was 100 yard walk to the prom and the nearest supermarket was less than 10 mins walk with a convenience store 5 minutes away.

− Though we booked flat 1 it was at the top of the house so carrying the luggage up and down the stairs wasn't easy. The bedroom also lacked a full length mirror. There was one on the wardrobe but it was difficult to use.

Great little flat - slightly grotty entrance way, but the flat itself was clean and convenient, had everything we needed and was a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Supermarkets, pubs, pier and fish and chip shops all easily accessible on foot.

− The door opens from the top step of the internal stairs, with no landing, so getting in with luggage was slightly awkward. Kitchen could do with a teapot, and kitchen knives! But absolutely fine for a short stay.

Would definitely choose to book and stay here again.

The property was clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. It was a nice touch to provide coffee and tea.
