− Tyvärr dras betyget ner pga att vi ville checka in mkt tidigare. Det brukar ju vara vid ca 14-15 men 17 är väl sent. Missade att titta på detta innan jag bokade annars hade jag inte bokat. Vi hade kylvaror och ville lämna in dessa m.m. Nu blev det mest att vi fick vänta flera timmar på att få komma in till boendet. Försökte maila och fråga men det fanns ingen kompromiss med detta tydligen.
