Great spacious place in a great location
8.0Location, space and nicely appointed.
− The pedantic long licence agreement. It’s total overkill and unorthodox for STA. It kills the vibe immediately. It feels like a legal transaction not a relaxing stay. There are better ways to do this - most others manage it.

9.0This apartment was incredibly well located for our conference at the convention centre, barely a minute walk. The staff were delightful and accomodating for a late check out, also dropping off a hair dryer when we needed. The apartment was comfortable and great value for money.
− Building works ongoing with scaffolding obstructing window views, and unfortunately starting early in the mornings. However this is out of control of the apartment owners and will be temporary.

9.0We liked the location but a lot of traffic noise. Very spacious apartment. Good parking very secure. It served us well for our 6 nights stay.
− Mainly traffic noise because we are from small country towns so not used to it.

8.0Had to pick up the keys the other side of Canberra and drop then off back there,airconditioner wasn't working,bit of a process getting in and out of the accomodation, car parking was underneath and had to use a lift up to 2nd floor with food clothes etc
− Expected us to put the rubbish out and pull the bedding apart before leaving
