Has the potential to be so much better.
6.0Location was good for us as we stayed for the hussle and bussle. It was lovely having the balcony doors open to people watch. Leamington spa is a lovely place and this is our second time visiting this city. Beds were nice and comfy.
− Tried to contact the host in advance regarding parking - no one ever replied. I had to ring to get the key code for the lock box as the info wasn’t showing on my booking/email confirmation. The only mirror in the whole house was a small one in the bathroom - not helpful when you’re getting ready. Considering the description is ‘new refurb’ the apartment was very in need of a freshen up paint job throughout.
Enjoyed it and easy to get in.

− Flat is surrounded by bars all night so loud 😩

10.0The property was very central to shops, restaurants and buses. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our visit
− There was a bit of noise from outside from pubs, restaurants which might not suit children

− It smelt and there is no way that is newly refurbished apart from the kitchen missing slates in blinds condensation on the glass doors the main stairs to the apartment was dirty mould around around the shower and shower head only had about 12 jets working
