Friendly helpful owner, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent Swimming pool. Location nice right in the hills in the Province. Pick up and drop off service very good at owners expense...unlimited mineral water. Would definitely stay again!

− Hot water service for Shower a bit unpredictable...probably get used to it! Horizontaly flushing toilet downstairs needs adjusting!

A's place is truly 5* Everything you want and need at your fingertips. The hosts are amazing and will go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The nature surrounding the property will definitely make for a very relaxing stay I would have no hesitation in recommending A's place. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful house under palm trees with a pool and jacuzzi. I had everything at hand - beautiful bathroom, kitchen, TV and air conditioning. Comfortable bed and strong WIFI, rented scooter from the owner helped me a lot on my trips to waterfalls and mountain valleys. It is not far to the city of Valencia, where I visited the local market. Many thanks to the owner who helped me when I needed new airline tickets.

A great experience for those who love a rustic, pastoral and quiet atmosphere

The couple who owns and manage the place are fantastic and helped me a lot, even with personal request which were not regarding to my staying in the house. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a nice private swimming pool, the bed is comfortable, there is a nice big window and a balcony with a nice view, and privacy even when it is open. Two toilets and showers with hot water. Electric socket near the bed. Silent Air conditioner.

− For me it was perfect. You only need to make sure that you understand exactly the location, because you need to cross some 100 meters of small trails which are not marked on Google maps. Also, groceries are limited in the area, so make sure to bring what you like. The driving time to Valencia town is 5 minutes.

Just a nice places to relax and unwind.

Great location up the mountain and a real home from home. The host was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. They were so nice and even invited us to their Birthday gathering. The pool was a very nice place to chill out and have a swim.

− Well it's really hard to say any negatives as there isn't. I guess the water pressure was a bit low at times for the shower. But it's not really a complaint, but more of an obsession and that is the reality of out of the way places in the Philippines.
