Proximidade da praia, estrutura do apartamento, com a comodidade para receber uma família com filha de cinco anos. O apartamento é confortável e bem equipado. O apartamento é bonito e tem uma rede de hipermercado exatamente ao lado do prédio, o que é bem cômodo para o visitante.

− Não vi nenhuma descrição de que o apartamento fica no segundo andar e não tem elevador. Se houvesse alguma restrição de mobilidade, isso seria um dificultador. Apesar disso, sem dificuldade de mobilidade, o apê é acessível. As toalhas e roupas de cama estavam limpas e cheirosas, mas a limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar. Armários da cozinha e geladeira estavam sujos por dentro por exemplo.
