− The location from Ikebukuro station is not the nearest one.
Great modern studio in a good area
8.0Great location, modern apartment, very clean and well designed. Close to ikebukuro and Mejiro station made it really easy to get around. Easy to sort out laundry.
− Sad there was no japanese toilet bidet. The floor is also on the ground floor with some movement on the road.

− It is very tight for two people if ur not a couple. A bit far from transit.
Exceptional
10.0For a solo traveller this was perfect for my needs. I especially liked being so close to Inkhorn Brewing, a Convenience Store like 50 meters away. And the self check in was a breeze.
− Being tall, I bumped my head on the ceiling light hanging near the bed, over and over and over.
