L'appartamento è ben curato, fresco, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. È stato un soggiorno breve ma bello. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e super disponibili, e la terrazza ha il suo fascino

Irreführende Werbung + Lärm

Die Unterkunft selbst ist neuwertig und sehr sauber. Das ist der einzige positive Aspekt den wir erwähnen können.

− Leider entsprach diese Unterkunft in keiner Weise dem, was uns bei der Buchung präsentiert wurde. Das größte Problem: In der Beschreibung ist eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick abgebildet – ohne jeden Hinweis darauf, dass diese nicht zur Unterkunft gehört. Wir haben unter anderem wegen dieses Fotos gebucht. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass sich diese Terrasse ca. 350 Meter entfernt befindet. Die Vermieterin bestätigte dies schriftlich. Noch enttäuschender war der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde: Die Vermieterin reagierte pampig und behauptete, da wir Last-Minute gebucht hätten, könne eine Terrasse mit Meerblick für uns ohnehin kein ausschlaggebender Buchungsgrund gewesen sein. Diese Unterstellung ist nicht nur sachlich falsch, sondern auch respektlos. Jeder Gast – unabhängig vom Buchungszeitpunkt – hat das Recht auf eine ehrliche Darstellung der Unterkunft. Auf unsere konkreten Beschwerden ging sie nicht ein und verwies stattdessen pauschal darauf, dass alle anderen Gäste zufrieden seien. Das empfinden wir als keinen Kundenservice. Zusätzlich war die Unterkunft durch starken Lärm – Hundegebell und Motorräder bis spät in die Nacht sowie Kirchenglocken ab 6 Uhr morgens – nicht erholsam. Trotz hochwertiger Silikon-Ohrstöpsel wurden wir wiederholt geweckt. Auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war mies. Wir sind nach nur einer Nacht abgereist. Für alle die Wert auf ehrliche Unterkunftsbeschreibungen und respektvollen Umgang legen: Bitte gut überlegen.
