Kényelmes ágy és kanapé.

− A fűrdőszoba felszereltsége hagy némi kívánnivalót maga után. A hálószobából a fürdőbe és akonyhába vezető folyosón kissé hűvös és nyirkos kellemetlen levegő volt. A terasz felújításra és takarításra szorúl.

Wir waren Selbstversorger oder haben aushäusig gegessen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, sie lag sehr stadtnah und ruhig. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber.

− Unsere Nachfolger/innen freuen sich sicher, wenn das Sieb im Wasserhahn der Küche eine Entkalkung erfährt. Des weiteren ist auf Grund der losen Schraube am Griff der Pfanne, dieser abgefallen. Die Metall-Fußleiste an der Wohnzimmertür ist lose und könnte zur Stolperfalle werden. In der Toilette läuft zeitweise Wasser aus dem Toilettenspülkasten nach, so dass die Kaltwasserzufuhr kurzfristig abgestellt werden musste, da sonst unendlich Wasser in die Toilette gelaufen wäre.
