− They didn't clean the apartment. The sad thing is they knew they didn't send a cleaning crew and still allowed me to arrive with my family. Nevertheless, I asked for a refund and left the property. I had to book a hotel, luckily, we were able find something that was reasonable at such short notice. It's 12.20.24 and I'm still waiting on my refund.
