8.0Not really an ocean view but being on the first floor it was a short walk to the water which I loved. It’s not updated, but I think that added to the beachy vibes and it was a good value compared to similar listing for the length of stay.
− Had to pay to do laundry, and only a few towels were provided, as well as other toiletry/trash bags. Makes sense but seems like they should provide more for stays longer than 2 nights. There was no housekeeping and there was no breakfast. Good for a no frills getaway.

9.0It was windy so you could hear the wind coming from the doors and windows. However, I loved the back porch and the amount of room we had in the unit.
