Good location.
7.0Not a bad location. The house of our class was equipped with everything necessary. A good veranda with a grill and a tent and a soft sofa. True, there was no gas in the grill. The cylinder was empty and we could not use it.
− In general, everything is fine, but there is a big problem with the check-in procedure.. probably the staff of this base is sure that all the guests have been here many times and know all the features of the area and the accommodation. As a result, when we arrived in the evening at 10 o'clock, we could not turn on the gas in the kitchen to feed the children, hot water to wash ourselves and even the key to the house and the house itself. We were seen off by a girl who was already leaving home after a repeated request. There are no signs about this at the base. No one introduced us to the infrastructure either. The workers had one important task - to get payment from us. Then they became uninterested in us...
Helpful staff but a very disappointing stay.
4.0Great location for us as we had previously cancelled the hotel next door.
− Whilst the young man on reception was lovely to help us, we were unable to locate the property the text and email I received told me the number of the property and the key would be in the door. We did not receive towels automatically which were previously paid for on the bedding and towel pack, we had to ask once we realised. It then turned out The shower was cold and on our own investigation turned out the gas was not connected to static caravan, so no matter what we could do ourselves, the three of us were unable to shower. A very disappointing experience.
Perfect place to stay for vacations.
