Good location but several essential amenities (elevator, washer, AC, TV) failed and were not resolve
2.0Great central location close to restaurants and shops. The apartment itself has potential — spacious, clean, and pet friendly.
− Elevator broke for three days, forcing us to walk seven floors. Washing machine didn’t work for two weeks, air conditioner failed during our stay, and the TV couldn’t access channels or apps. These issues were frustrating and not fixed quickly.
Expensive for what it is.
5.0Picture is misleading. Apartment was in the first floor. There was no terrace to be seen. Otherwise the apartment was ok
− One of the toilets was leaking water. Overall cleanest was lacking. Dirty elevators. Trash left on the hallways. Cleaning products and tools like brooms left around for the whole day.
We stayed for a month. Apartment was nice and located only 15-20 min walk from La Rambla and all shopping areas.

The cleaning service includes: changing bed linens and bathroom towels (dirty items are removed and replaced with clean ones); sanitizing the bathroom (applying disinfectant to the shower screen, shower, toilet, sink, and cleaning the floor). No cleaning of floors or surfaces is carried out in the rest of the apartment. Trash is not removed. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
