9.0Very friendly and welcoming. Showed you your room and shared bath and where everything was. Beverage area.. a refrigerator in your room. Open closet space to put your luggage and hanging clothes/ with a dresser .. TV and Wi-Fi Fi. And the password framed. Extra plug-ins. .
