Our family stay was horrible to start with. The home was filthy and still dirty from the previous guest upon arrival at 4pm. It was obvious that the house had not been cleaned prior to renting out to us as there were piles of towels and all beds were unmade since they were used by prior renters. After contacting the owner, they offered to fix the issue by sending cleaners. We had to leave the home to allow them space to clean. Around 7:30 pm they called us to tell us the home was clean and ready however after arriving at 7:50 we had to wait outside because they weren't done. As the cleaners left, they assured us the beds were cleaned. Come bedtime, my kids were getting tucked in and noticed little trash and felt itchy. We lift the covers and found many hairs, toe nail clipping, trash, and stains still on the sheets. The owner said it was a rushed job by the cleaners, which is no excuse!!!. My kids were put at risk for skin infections by them leaving used sheets on the beds.. the fireplace did not work, nor did the movie projector. We had to leave the home on day 2 as well to allow the cleaners to come wash the sheets and all bedding. Another day, we had to leave. It also took time from us being able to use the washer and dryer. We had to wash dishes before using them because they were dirty in the cabinets. AFTER ALL THIS the owner refused to give us extra time after 10am check out time to finish our laundry since we were kicked out the home both days in order to allow cleaning crew to clean up their mistakes ONCE AGAIN!!!Horrible experience.

Overall, the stay was great. We enjoyed the space.

I enjoyed the space for the amount of family that got together for the weekend. The location was great. Next to lots of stores and groceries. The kitchen was large. Lots of seating area. The bedrooms were nice and just the whole vibe that we wanted for the weekend.

− I did not like the dishes that were provided. Lots of glass and not much kid friendly kitchenware. There were not any trash bags so we had to run out and buy our own. There were not any back up paper towels either.
