Pleasant but wouldn’t return due to poor cleanliness
4.0It was a spacious van with lots of potential. Located near to clubhouse and off a field with lovely sunset views.
− It was, quite frankly, filthy. I don’t think that van has been cleaned properly this year. Even the curtains had stains. It could do with a deep clean. Shame as the van itself is nice. We only stayed there as our children were older. If we had a toddler or baby we would have asked for a refund.

Very basic caravan - but did the job for us as a base
4.0Easily located on a huge park. Close to all the amenities but yet still nice and quiet. Lovely view of the river and fields. En-suite in the big bedroom was convenient and a nice surprise.
− Very very basic. By that I mean, no toaster, no microwave, no net curtains on the windows even! Only one pot and one frying pan to cook with. The caravans floors were sticky although looked clean enough to the naked eye and the place was full of ants. Understandably for the time of year but still, not pleasant. The shower didn’t drain quick enough so showers were impossible for fear of flooding the bathroom floor.

− unfortunately the dinning table was broken the leg was not secured so could not use but did not worry us as only me and partner
