− Leider war auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich, dass es ein großer Raum mit einer Nische für das Bett ist. Schwierig für eine Mutter und ihren erwachsenen Sohn. Leider konnten wir den Aufzug nicht nutzen, mit Koffer ins 2. OG stellte mich vor eine Herausforderung

8.0Sauber, Preis, gut sortierte Küche, ansprechendes Bad, schöner Balkon.
− Der Zugang zur Wohnung über die Tastenkombination. Das Gerät hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert und war etwas nervig. Die Schlüssellösung ist zuverlässiger.
Insgesamt eine Wohnung mit Potential jedoch zu wenig Sauberkeit.
5.0Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Schnitt und auch Balkon ausreichend. Ausstattung angemessen.
− Leider liegt die Wohnung genau zwischen 2 Gleisen und ist deshalb sehr laut. Offenbar wurde die Wohnung vor Bezug nicht gereinigt. Im Backofen befand sich noch Backpapier mit Speisekrümeln, im Küchenschrank lag von zurück gelassenen Lebensmitteln noch Reste. Die Seifen- und Shampoospender im Bad waren leer. Auf dem Balkon lagen noch 2 benutzte Gabeln auf dem Fensterbrett. Lage aufgrund der Bahnnähe eher weniger gut.

− Türcode hat nicht funktioniert mussten mit Notschlüssel in die Wohnung
Nowoczesne, dobrze wyposażone i komfortowe miejsce.
10.0Czystość, wyposażenie kuchni, zapasy asortymentu domowego (papier, płyny, pościele, ręczniki), szybkie odpisywanie przez obsługę obiektu. Bardzo wygodne i przytulne miejsce.
− W nocy jeżdżą pociągi i może to niektórym przeszkadzać spać. Czasami trudno nagrzać mieszkanie.
