6.0Lokalizacja super, dużo miejsca w mieszkaniu, dwa pokoje plus salon, mała kuchnia ale wystarczająca. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem . Stara się jak najszybciej rozwiązywać bieżące problemy.
− Na ścianach była pleśń, meble się rozsypywały ( zwłaszcza w kuchni), a na kanapie w salonie nie można było siedzieć. Jest już tak wysiedziana, że musiałam układać na niej poduszki. Telewizor się wyłącza i w tedy trzeba wyciągnąć wtyczkę z gniazdka by znów działał. Żarówki są albo przepalone albo każda inna. Łazienka w opłakanym stanie: ubikacja jest pęknięta, szafka pod zlewem się rozpada, nad wanna wisi stara kotara. W kuchni jest za mało naczyń, a jak są to już stare.
