Lugar familiar, muito bem cuidado, proprietário receptivo. Limpeza impecável, o banheiro maravilhoso com sabonete/shampoo/condicionador. Área compartilhada com muitas opções do que fazer: tomar sol, ficar na piscina, jogar sinuca, cartas, fazer churrasco.
