Do not stay here !! It is a con game and a complete rip off.
1.0The breakfast was prepared in a most unhygienic manner. Very poor and cheap ingredients were used. Complete rip off !! Avoid at all costs ! When we took this up with the caretaker he said he is not responsible and we should talk to his bosses. There are multiple layers of bosses to navigate. Bad extremely bad hospitality.
− WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! This place is an absolute scam, and I urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The pictures you see on Booking.com are nothing but deceptive marketing – they are not representative of what you’ll actually get. This is NOT a villa. It is a poorly constructed, rundown apartment complex that should be shut down. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT pay anything in advance, and ONLY pay after you’ve personally inspected the property. Here’s the reality: The property consists of poorly maintained rooms across three floors. The first floor has one room, just next to a noisy kitchen. The second floor has three rooms, and the third floor has a fifth room. The spaces are so cramped you’ll be tripping over each other. One of the rooms is so small you can barely move around. The bathrooms are filthy, cramped, and stink. This place is a total nightmare. The whole point of booking a “villa” is for a group to stay together, but this place completely fails to meet that purpose. There’s no sense of privacy or comfort. It’s an overcrowded, poorly laid-out mess. We had prepaid for the “villa” (which is clearly a mistake), and when we asked for a refund for the remaining nights because we simply couldn’t stay in those conditions, the manager was completely unhelpful and refused to even listen to our concerns. This property is falling apart. The rooms are misaligned, the spaces are cramped, and the bathrooms are in appalling condition. There’s no hot water, and the water pressure in the shower and washbasins is intermittent at best. The so-called “luxurious” bath fixtures are fake – the brand on them is “Toyo,” but it’s made to look like the higher-end “Toto.” It’s all just a con. The mattresses and pillows are thick, hard, and uncomfortable. The bed sheets have a terrible smell. The light switches are in completely inconvenient locations, making it feel like the place was designed by someone who has never stayed in a hotel or villa.

10.0Best villa for Party and get together. You get 5 spacious bedrooms with washrooms, good privacy. Best Part is big pool with open bar and terrace jacuzzi. Highly recommended.

10.0Great ambience and nice location. It's equipped with all modern and luxurious amenities. Had a great stay, the staff is superb attentive and helpful. First time in Goa had an experience of true Private pool. The pool size is really good. Highly recommended..!
