Esperienza negativa e deludente
2.0− Sono stata ospite con la mia famiglia in questa casa a Marcelli e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata veramente deludente e inaccettabile. Al check-in, la casa era sporca e trascurata: pavimenti con sassolini, odore sgradevole di unto, cappa della cucina con gocce di grasso colanti e bagno pieno di calcare. La dispensa presentava resti di cibo, tra cui un tegame con resti di vongole che contribuiva all'odore di pesce marcio che ristagnava nell'aria. Ho segnalato la situazione all'agenzia e hanno provveduto a rifare le pulizie, ma nonostante questo, l'odore stantio persisteva e sono stata costretta ad acquistare deodoranti per ambienti a mie spese per tamponare la situazione (pulizie ad ogni modo rifatte in modo grossolano). Inoltre, ho notato la presenza di diverse famiglie di ragni negli angoli del pavimento e del soffitto. Pioveva e siamo rimasti a girovagare in macchina fino alle 17 quindi dopo 5 ore di viaggio non ci è stato possibile ristorarci. Considerando la cifra sborsata e l'anno in cui siamo (2025), è vergognoso che una casa non sia stata pulita e mantenuta con cura. Assolutamente sconsigliata a chiunque cerchi una sistemazione pulita e confortevole. Spero che l'agenzia prenda seriamente in considerazione le mie recensioni e faccia qualcosa per migliorare la situazione.
