Kinda gross but cheap
7.0Once I was moved to a room in the back it was quiet and peaceful. Good value. Comfy bed and pillows. Very nice management.
− The first room they put me in was in the front of the building and there was a lot of traffic noise. After I complained about that they moved me to a quieter room. Both rooms had issues. The furniture is cheap university housing type stuff, the showers have no shelf to put soap or shampoo on, the bathroom hooks in the first room were all broken as was the shower door, there were holes in the shower ceiling. The kitchen in the pic showed a two-burner gas stove, but both rooms had a single electric plate that was slightly rusted. The second room I stayed in had many cockroaches, including an old smashed one dried onto the bathroom wall next to the sink.

10.0The property is well maintained, the staff is accessible and everything is clean and presentable. The property is in a safe and commercial location and the building is well air conditioned. The stay here was very comfortable and convenient.

3.0− Mi estancia estuvo marcada por varios problemas que afectaron directamente el descanso. El apartamento asignado se encuentra directamente frente al ascensor, lo que genera tránsito constante y ruido estructural durante el día y especialmente durante la noche. Durante la madrugada también se percibe ruido exterior recurrente procedente de la calle cercana, incluyendo vehículos estacionados con música muy alta y personas cantando, lo que hizo difícil dormir con normalidad en distintas ocasiones. La primera noche ya fue imposible descansar por ruido de vecinos durante la madrugada, situación que reporté desde el inicio. El problema no fue aislado. Además, el aire acondicionado estuvo averiado durante dos días, incrementando la incomodidad. El alojamiento indicó que intentaría buscar una alternativa dentro del edificio para reubicarme, sin embargo, finalmente no se concretó ningún cambio de apartamento ni se ofreció una solución efectiva que garantizara mejores condiciones de descanso. Aunque se gestionó una compensación parcial a través de Booking.com, considero que la unidad asignada y la gestión de los inconvenientes no estuvieron a la altura de lo esperado.

10.0Localização excelente, perto de tudo que um viajante necessita, muito bem servido de metrô e comércio. 5min de distância do Metrô, vários bons cassinos por perto, o bairro é ótimo, seguro e lindo! E a acomodação tbm estava impecável, cama confortável, bem ventilada com uma janela ótima, ar condicionado excelente e o chuveiro tbm sensacional!
