Check-in and check-out process were smooth. We added a late check-out for an additional 250 USD. Contact with the host was pleasant, but this accommodation needs a complete overhaul and urgent deep cleaning.

− Unfortunately, the accommodation was underwhelming. We travelled as a group of 10 and booked the entire house with 3 apartments. The cleanliness of the entire accommodation left a lot to be desired. On the balcony of apartment 2, we found rubbish that had probably been left behind by a previous tenant. It consisted of dental hygiene products and animal bones. In one of the rooms in apartment 3, we found a used condom next to the bed. It seemed as if only superficial cleaning was performed in several areas, including the kitchens. As already reported directly to the host during our stay, the shower in apartment 2 was unusable. Water from the shower pipe was seeping through the ceiling of apartment 1, and if the shower had been left running for just a few moments longer, it could have caused a leak, which maybe has already happened. The same water was also dripping from the heater in the bathroom. In general, the shower pipes seem to be very outdated and rusty; those in apartments 1 and 3 were also very rusty and discolored around the drain. The heating pipes were extremely loud and crackled/banged constantly. This may have been caused by the severe cold weather as they needed to work heavily. However, since some of them are located right next to the beds, several people in our group were repeatedly awakened by these noises every night. In one room in apartment 2, a brittle plastic hinge came loose when the window was simply opened, which meant that the window's closing mechanism no longer worked and the window remained open. Given the temperatures of the past few days, which were in the double digits below zero Celsius, it was not pleasant. The screws on the beds also need to be tightened urgently on almost all sleeping accommodations, as some of the beds are very wobbly when you get into them.

We had a great stay with our group of 15. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was beautiful, with charming houses and blooming gardens that made our walks extra enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!
