− Ingen aircondition Ekstremt bråkete bilvei rett utenfor. Lang bakke ned til byen, slitsomt når det er sommervarme og ingen aircondition i leiligheten. Gammelt og slitent bygg. Stikkontakter hang ut av veggen.

Disappointing
4.0The apartment is of a good size with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well-equipped, although an American coffee maker was missing, which is more convenient for a big number of coffee drinkers. The house is situated on a hill which makes it less hot on warm days. There are approximately 10-15 min walk to the town center. Moneglia is beautiful and is still not over-exploited by the tourist sector. The beds were OK and we got new pillows after a request, as the previous ones were hard as stones to sleep on. The apartment was also equipped with a good laundry machine and a dish washer.
− We could not use one of the bedrooms due to severe black mould on one of the walls and around the window. The agency in charge of the apartment came to clean it off and the wall is now white, but the odeur is still there. Also the living room was severely hit by the mould with a strong smell in each of the cupboards. The plates, glasses and cups were also smelling bad from the mould and some of the cupboards could not be used. The bathroom does not have a shower curtain, which is not very practical. There is no elevator in the house, so it is not for people with disability or problems to walk stairs. The agency did not offer any compensation for the room we could not use due to the mould issue. If it would not have been for these issues, the apartment would have been great.

Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected.
