9.0Great place at Brian Head for a couple days of skiing. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions.
Excellent experience! Will recommend to anyone.
10.0The room was super clean and very cozy. It had a lot of beddings and lots of outlets. The kitchen contained everything one would need for a home meal. My kids loved the place! They found some boardgames to play after playing in the snow right behind the building. I will gladly stay at this place again next year.

− Futon couches uncomfortable to sit on. They had a lot of blankets to pile up for sleeping. Still uncomfortable.

− Beds were very uncomfortable. Bed in bedroom was very soft and bouncy. There are 3 futons in living room but they were also unmcomfortable.
