Room was okay, affordable place for what I needed for a few nights stay

Really affordable room at a moment of notice. Communication with staff was quick and easy via text/email.

− I didn't stay in 117 but moved to 130 something about plumbing. No cell service on the first floor but wifi was okay.

Invest the money to remodeling before charging $100/ night.

It was the only room available and I was happy to get a room.

− The room needs significant repair. It needs new paint, a new bed. The lamps were rusty with barely any outlets. The faucet fell off I my hand as I was trying to shower. This was nowhere near worthy of the price.
