− llegamos a la hora acordada muy a tiempo y no encontramos la llave, al momento de comunicarnos ni los encargados del lugar sabían que había pasado, media hora después nos respondieron que la persona anterior pidió un día más y que no nos podíamos alojar, una falta de respeto por qué ya se había acordado todo hasta el pago se hizo completo,les falta organización para evitar este tipo de situaciones.
