7.0Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Es handelt sich um eine Ferienhaus Siedlung, wo es außer dem Wasser nicht viel zu erleben gibt. Die wenigen Shops sind extrem teuer. Wer Ruhe sucht findet diese hier.Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Kühlungsborn ist in der Nähe und sehr schön.
− Die Servicepauschale von 119 Euro verdoppelt den angegeben Preiis von booking.com bei zwei Übernachtungen. In der Buchung steht einschließlich Gebühren und erst versteckt die Pauschale das sollte transparenter gemacht werden ist ein großer Makel. Zusätzlich pro Tag 20 Euro fürs Haustier.. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selber mitgebracht werden.

9.0Tolle Unterkunft mit Strand vor der Haustür. Entgegen der vorigen Kommentare gibt es gutes Handynetz, WLAN ist vorhanden. Der Garten ist klein aber toll. Zum Gehweg ist ein Zaun vorhanden und zum Nachbarn eine Hecke. Somit auch mit Hund super geeignet. Ansprechpartnerin war sehr nett und konnte alles super schnell geklärt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
− Servicegebühr leider versteckt in der Anzeige - finde diese in Ordnung, gerade Reinigung etc. wird auch nicht günstiger. Jedoch sollte dies etwas offener direkt in der Anzeige vermerkt werden ;)
