Departamento solamente práctico por la cercanía al centro, el resto de la evaluación de medio hacia abajo.
4.0Ubicación céntrica, cercano a la playa y lugares de comida.
− Primero, si uno arrienda un apartamento el administrador mínimo debería llevar las llaves a huésped o tener cerradura electrónica, tener que ir a buscar las llaves a otro lugar no corresponde. Segundo, el sillón cama lo consideran para dormir, pero está todo con hongos, si bien nos indicaron que lo habían higienizado el aspecto deja mucho que desear, no da ni para sentarse a ver TV. Muy poco equipamiento de cocina.

10.0Apartamento maravilhoso, muito bem climatizado, tudo funcionando muito bem, com ótimos acessórios de cozinha, muito pratico. Local de fácil acesso, tudo muito perto, atendeu muito bem nossas expectativas. Voltaremos com certeza.

7.0A acomodacao serviu p o proposito. Nem longe nem perto. Garagem individual. Segurança do predio mas o apto baixo nao tinha grade.
− Sem surpresas. Sofas manchados. O preço alto p o conjunto. Nas fotos do booking parecia bem melhor. Predio antigo e desajeitado.
