Nothing. Complicated instructions hard to find. Rude unhelpful host. Complicated key collection

− We wont be back to this place.Hard to find apartment. Entrancewas through challis street not northbourne. Complicated instructions Rude host and unhelpful, kept telling me to read his email. Keys collection on another street at laundromat Poor linen quality, bed linen and pillows didnt smell fresh Poor quality towels. Didn’t look clean.we used our own towels. Half empty soap bottles Tea bags thrown uncovered in cutlery draw. We got our own. Key pad didnt work. We couldnt enter the car park another tenant opened remote gate for us. Remote also didnt work in lift, We were stuck in the lift for 10 mins. Another tenant helped us get out Host came finally to fix. Dusty centre table in apartment, i wiped it.it was coveted with old newspapers Carpark hard to find. All in all not good value for price charged.
