Conforto do apartamento!
− Atendimento dos funcionários ruim. Eles fazem uma separação bem direta entre proprietários e locatários e tratam os locatários de forma bem diferente, com regras extremamente exigentes, chegando ao ponto de deixar o hóspede desconfortável. Todas as vezes que precisamos de algo do condomínio era uma dificuldade muito grande por não ser proprietário. Um exemplo: A academia era para uso apenas de proprietários, locatários tinham que pagar 100 reais por pessoa e por dia e com limitação de 1 hora de uso. Só perguntar se poderia passar de 1 hora porque o treino poderia passar, fui informado que não é que um funcionário iria lá pedir para se retirar. Em resumo: fomos embora 1 dia antes porque ao invés de relaxar, foram muitos problemas.
