1.0Tylko I wyłącznie lokalizacja blisko obiektu w którym odbywała się konferencja
− Po zgłoszeniu wynajmującemu problemu czyli niezgodności oferty ze stanem aktualnym kontakt i możliwość rozwiązania problemu żaden. Musieliśmy się wyprowadzić do innej lokalizacji. Brudno, właściciel posprzątał tylko blaty. Łazienka brudna z brakiem światła o kabina prysznicowa zamontowana w tali sposób żeusisz się przeciskać przez drzwi. Brak Internetu. Parking przy ulicy nie jest dostępny dla wynajmujących.

− Fin leilighet hvis den var ren. Manglet bossposer i bossbøttene. Manglet toalettpapir, håndduker, oppvaskklut. Badet hadde en liten bordlampe som lyskilde. Se bilde. Sendte melding både til kontaktperson og han som klargjorde leiligheten. Manglet også info om wifi. Prisen jeg betalte sto ikke i stil med det jeg fikk igjen.

6.0What we liked the most was the location. It’s in a very convenient area that made our stay much easier, close to everything we needed and with quick access to the main points of interest. Without a doubt, the location was the best part of this accommodation.
− What we didn’t like was the service during the stay. When we arrived, there were no towels, something very basic and necessary. We requested them through WhatsApp and even called, but we never received clear answers. We also mentioned that, due to work reasons, we would only be available in the mornings and not at other times of the day, yet the towels never arrived during the entire stay. In addition, some basic kitchen items were missing, such as a toaster, which would have made the experience more complete. I believe these are points that should be improved, especially communication with guests during their stay.

− Det mangler oppvaskklut til å vaske bord, benker, komfyrtopp. Det var kun et håndkle på deling på de to som delte dobbeltrom. Det var kun en liten kjele. Det var dårlig lys på badet. Dusjvegg er montert feil med stor åpning mellom veggene i hjørnet så det ble vått på gulvet.
