− The Ac doesn’t cool down the bedrooms, lucky enough we came in June
Comfortable stay near metro, reasonable value for Barcelona
8.0Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds including sofa bed, Nespresso machine, great little cafe and groceries just outside, elevator, great water pressure and on-demand hot water, neighborhood friendly--feels safe, people chatting in the street, etc. Close to metro.
− While friendly, neighborhood is lower working class and so looks a bit shabby, and doesn't smell great at times, though just fine after rain. A half hour ride on metro to Sagrada Família is tedious, but prices are so much higher close in. So a reasonable value given other options.

10.0Boa localização. Perto de transportes , farmácias , restaurantes , pastelarias e supermercados (Mercadona). Em frente um mercado com comercio no exterior. Local muito sossegado.
