disponibilité du personnel, situation géographique, accès à la piscine, infrastructure pour enfants, choix divers pour la restauration

− la fermeture du restaurant proposant une cuisine locale, les matelas qui sont à notre avis à changer, la configuration des douches qui entraine une inondation systématique, la présence de cafards dans la salle de bain, l'état de la résidence qui est dans la globalité vieillissant.
