The house was spacious and big. Staff were very prompt and helpful.

− Stairs. I had small kids and going up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor was a trek. I wish I considered that. Once pools are available it will be a great addition. For our stay we had to go to Mayan Palace the whole time we were there to use their facilities. It is not far but something walking distance would have been awesome.
