− The entire house where ever you walked it makes a lot of squeaky noises even if you try to be quiet and the bathroom upstairs the door knob kept falling and the toilet seat as well.

8.0The location was wonderful for the event we were attending!
− The neighborhood is very crowded (not noisy though). The parking situation was tricky and a bit confusing, but we got that taken care of as well. The house was an older home and there were some improvements and repairs needed, which I sent to the owner.
