房東人非常好，我們退房後，因為一些意外又折返等待修車廠開門，剛好大家非常想上廁所，這附近的加油站和超市都沒有廁所，公共廁所整修中，正煩惱時想起前晚住的民宿就在附近，打給房東，房東立馬答應，解救了我們！
10.0有兩台洗衣機、兩台烘衣機，房子比照片還要溫馨，三間房間，一間淋浴間、一間廁所，還有另一間整套衛浴，附大烤箱和洗碗機的完整廚房，搖椅的窗景就是草帽山，非常適合long stay，公共空間也很很大，整棟房子很乾淨，我們在這裡度過美好的農曆除夕夜，走兩個街區就可以到海邊，我很幸運拍到海和草帽山的極光照。
