− La nostra esperienza in questo alloggio è stata pessima e assolutamente sconsigliata. Siamo arrivate a notte fonda seguendo le istruzioni che ci erano state date, ma al nostro arrivo non sapevamo quale fosse la nostra camera. Abbiamo provato ad aprire quella che teoricamente ci corrispondeva e dentro c’era una persona che stava dormendo. Quando abbiamo chiamato il responsabile, ci ha detto che probabilmente era “la signora delle pulizie” e che la svegliassimo, cosa che ci è sembrata del tutto inappropriata. Il peggio è arrivato dopo: quella persona, lungi dall’essere personale delle pulizie, riceveva visite continue di uomini durante la notte. Tutto lasciava pensare che non si trattasse di un alloggio serio, ma di qualcosa di completamente diverso e assolutamente inadeguato rispetto a ciò che avevamo prenotato. In definitiva: nulla di ciò che abbiamo trovato corrispondeva alle nostre aspettative per un hotel. Ci siamo sentite a disagio, insicure e ingannate. Non lo consiglieremmo a nessuno.

− Struttura poco accogliente, mobilio vecchio, camera sporca e priva di specchio. Inquilini non rispettosi degli spazi comuni e delle ore di silenzio. Sporcizia all'ingresso (mozzichi di sigaretta). Nessun controllo.

− Opening the door wasn’t working and we were stuck cause of that
it is compulsory to check in online through the link (Vikey) provided by property after the reservation.
