便宜，兩三個人住可以，但是離車站遠，走到JR SKYLINER並非他說的那麼近，更別說離阿美橫町，更遠，這都其次，實在太髒

− 廁所連浴缸放水都會有水垢飄出來，地下一樓內外空氣交換通風口極髒，沙發床髒，日式床墊還只是非常小的單人，提出根本很難4個四個人睡能不能多提供一個Futon，也說沒辦法，被子枕頭也不夠4人使用

6.0設備不錯，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，洗完可以晾在浴室開乾燥，有小廚房和一些廚具、餐具可以自己煮，冰箱夠大可以冰不少東西，地點離上野站入谷口很近，附近有24小時超市和超商
